| I have had a fire. Other than reconstructing my home or commercial property, what else can you do? |
We are a service-oriented company. We work with your insurance company and provide you with a detailed damage estimate. We also help you with all necessary paperwork and can help secure your property from further damage, including board up, plumbing, heating, and electricity. |

| I'm aware that you can repair the fire damage. But what about other damages... such as smoke and water? |
We prepare a detailed estimate of all damages from the fire, water, and smoke. Our estimators document all damage and also anticipate hidden damage from water and smoke penetration. |

| When does the work begin? Do I have to wait for my insurance company to issue a check? |
We can start the reconstruction process immediately after the repair specifications have been approved by you. We do not wait for your insurance check. You will receive a copy of the repair specifications and we will begin work only after your approval. |

| The service you provide seems great, but how much more do I have to pay for it? |
The owner pays nothing. The total cost of the repair job will be the amount agreed upon between Crown Building Contractors and the adjuster representing the insurance company on the building claim only. The owner must approve the final settlement. |

| What type of guarantees do you provide? |
We provide several guarantees:
- You will be given a completion date in writing. If the repairs are not completed by that completion date, we will pay you a late penalty of $100 a day for every day beyond the promised completion date.
- For a period of 2 years from the date of completion, we will repair or replace any defective work which we performed at no charge.
- Our special deodorizing process guarantees the best results in smoke and odor removal.

Yes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We are also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. |
